Using available data, information and models, and contingent upon receiving sufficient support in these areas from local basin experts, with this contract, IWR seeks services to create a fully calibrated hydrological model, functioning weather generator, and preliminary stress test results for the Atuel River Basin of Mendoza and La Pampa provinces, western Argentina. The work will address both climate means and extremes. No competition is being sought. The proposed Contractor, University of Cincinnati was a co-developer of the CRIDA framework . Any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement.
