## Description

The planned solicitation will result in two Firm-Fixed Price MATOC pools with a total capacity of $499M for DB or DBB General Construction for all Charleston District Programs. Each MATOC pool will include a target of seven (7) contractors. The contracts will include a three-year base period and one two-year option period. Pool A ? East MATOC is for a total Not to Exceed amount of $350,000,000 in shared capacity amongst all MATOC awardees for the life of the contract. Pool B ? West MATOC is for a total Not to Exceed amount of $149,000,000 in shared capacity amongst all MATOC awardees for the life of the contract.
