## Description

**Summary of Requirements:** Reception Complex Phase II Construct a new 120,000 SF Reception Center which consists of administration space, medical clinic space, auditorium space and general conference/multi-purpose spaces. Construct a 12,000 SF Laboratory Space. Construct a 50,000 SF Barracks Building. Construct temporary swing space for administrative space. Supporting Facilities include site development, utilities and connections, perimeter security devices, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, landscaping, fencing, and signage.
