## Description

**Update 2 Sep 2026:** Offerors are reminded that Section C Proposal Submission paragraph 9 Electronic Submission of Supplemental Information to FAR 52.215-1 of RFP instructs potential offerors that the only authorized transmission method for proposal submission is via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module by the due date and time for submission of proposals. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC) ARE AUTHORIZED. The purpose of this amendment is to update solicitation in response to ProjNet requests for information. Changes are in red font with deletions struck through.
