This phase of work focuses on site and infrastructure development. The scope includes clearing the site, removing salvage materials, demolishing existing buildings and utilities, and completing all grading activities. New infrastructure will be installed, including underground utilities, asphalt roadways, and landscaping, to establish a fully prepared site. This work provides the foundation for a follow-on project that will construct the campus buildings and tie into the completed utilities and roadways.
