Remove stone/rock and debris that was deposited downstream (including the woods) south of the stilling basin. Project requirements shall include validating project scoping requirements such as topographical survey, geotechnical exploration, and hydrologic and hydraulic studies to define existing conditions and determine any upgrade and/or improvement needed to be made.
