## Description

This project repairs building 900, a headquarters facility. The project will demolish and abate all failing components and hazardous material. The project repairs the electrical system, wiring, and conduits, repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical systems, repairs architectural features and interior finishes, repairs roof and structural systems. Project repairs by replacement the mass notification and fire alarm system to meet current code requirements. Project will repair interior space to more closely match current Air Force and Army battalion headquarters (BN HQ) standards.
