## Description

Sierra Army Depot is conducting market research for the requirement for Explosive Detector Dog / Narcotic Detector Dog services. Provide two civilian contract working dogs and a handler. One dog will be primarily used for narcotics detection (NDD). One dog will be primarily used for explosives detection (EDD).

The contractor shall be responsible for all replacement of any dog, boarding expenses, maintaining all equipment necessary for boarding, transportation, training of narcotic and/or explosive detector working dogs, and veterinarian expenses. Currently Sierra Army Depot is NOT looking for proposals/quotes. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.

This Request for Information/Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for bid, Request for Proposal or a Request for Quote and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Responses to this Request for Information are due October 31, 2023, 10:00AM (Pacific Time). Responses are to be sent to rhonda.a.long.civ@army.mil Further action on this anticipated requirement will be determined following the review of responses from this RFI.
