## Description

Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, California has a requirement for Hydraulic Shear 1 EA. Delivery to be within 60 ARO. This procurement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 13.5, Small Business Set Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered.

In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to Attn: Heidi Young where the answer will be posted to SAM.gov 7 days prior to the closing of this solicitation. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website.
