As part of this anticipated construction contract, a utilities connection extension (domestic water and wastewater) to the limit of site will be performed through a host-nation-directed sole-source local contractor. The completed DABS Laydown Site electrical distribution system will use power provided via DABS generator sets; no electric utility grid connection is required.
