## Description

Amendment 0002 of the Design-Build (DB) Construction Simple Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) in Support of U.S. Defense Forces within Bulgaria and Romania. This amendment accomplishes the following:-Incorporates Attachments 15, 16, and 17-Removes Spec. 00 45 05-Removes references to Germany from Attachment 10-Removes paragraph g; Solicitation page 29 (Section 00 21 10)-Removes cover letter requirements in Tab E and F (Section 00 21 10)-Closes bidder inquiries-Extends the proposal due date to 2 April 2026
