## Description

**Project:** Army Family Housing, Chievres Air Base, Phases 1 and 2, Construction of 184 new housing units.This is a draft solicitation notice for an upcoming project at Chievres Air Base. The formal solicitation is expected to be released within the next 10 business days.

**Current Documents:** All drawings, attachments, and specifications provided at this time are DRAFT versions and are subject to change. Only technical attachments are included in this preliminary notice. The complete set of attachments will be made available with the formal solicitation.

**Proposal Deadline:** The due date for proposals will be established and announced upon the release of the formal solicitation.

**Site Visit:** For details regarding the site visit, please refer to section 00 73 00 Supplementary Conditions.

**Action Required:** Although is a draft notice, we request that all interested parties submit the required information for site visit participants by February 11th at 14:00 CET.
