## Description

This amendment serves to provide several updates. It includes the revised Performance Work Statements (PWS) for the MATOC and the Sample Project, an updated Attachment 5, the new Attachment C which contains the Sample Project PWS, and updated Sections L and M. Furthermore, the deadline for proposal submission has been extended to March 5, 2026.
