Amendment 0001 (30JUN25) The purpose of this amendment is to update the conceptual site plan and extend the solicitation due date to 08 July 2025 at 1000 CEST.

This amendment incorporates the following attachments to this solicitation: -B.08 RFP_Att 2 Conceptual Site Plan AMD1 -B.08 W912GB25RA0070001 - SF 30 ATTENTION ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Please be advised amendment W912GB25RA0070001 has been issued to update the Conceptual Site Plan and extend the solicitation due date to 08 July 2025. The Request for Proposal (RFP) provides parameters for a design-build project for renovation of a facility in Nampula, Mozambique; Latitude 15°07'52.8"S, Longitude 39°15'06.3"E (Refer to the attached Location Map).

The project includes the following general items of work, detailed requirements are contained in the Statement of Work: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES THAT THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN A SINGLE FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT AWARD USING A BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF ACQUISITION METHOD. a. The estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 b. This RFP is solicited under full and open competition (unrestricted). c.
