## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation response date by 7 calendar days. The solicitation will close on 20 June 2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Amendment 0001 (30 May 2025) This solicitation provides parameters for a design-build project for new construction single-story Fire and Rescue Station with three (3) emergency vehicle bays. The new Fire station will serve as staff accommodation. THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES THAT THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN A SINGLE FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT AWARD USING A BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF ACQUISITION METHOD.

a. The estimated Magnitude of Construction is betw een $500,000 and $1,000,000.

b. This RFP is solicited under full and open competition (unrestricted).

c. Award of this contract will be made in Dollars. This is a full and open procurement. NAICS code is 236220. Size Standard is $45,000,000. Please note that business size in the System for Award Management (SAM) is determined by the NAICS code.
