Job Order Contract (JOC), an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) Single Aw ard Task Order Contract (SATOC) for operation and maintenance (O&M) projects and support sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects on US military installations or in support of defense operations in Hessen, Germany. Specific locations include but are not limited to USAG Wiesbaden w hich includes Clay Kaserne, Dagger Complex in Darmstadt, a housing area and training site in Mainz and McCully Support Center in Wackernheim.
