The combined total estimated contract value will be $95M in shared capacity, with a one year ordering base period and two (2) six month option periods for each IDC IAW DFARS 217.204(e)(i)(A). This acquisition is needed to support the continued and growing CENAU missions in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Task orders issued against this IDC will be primarily funded by MILCON appropriations expected to exceed $500,000 and performed in North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) member countries or requirements that can only be awarded to US firms. Therefore, in accordance with section 111 of the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015 (Division I of Pub. L. 113-235), as implemented by DFARS 236.602-70, the Government will award these task orders only to United States firms or a joint venture (JV) of US and HN firms.The contract will be negotiated and awarded as Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
