In total, at each site there will be three 1,000 linear feet long rows totaling 3,000 linear feet. Each row will have 250 willow stakes planted totaling 750 stakes at each site. Work will be implemented on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) owned lands, but these lands are also incorporated into the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge (Refuge). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730; Landscaping Services with a size standard of $9.5 Million.
