No solicitation documents are available; however, all responsible sources that believes that they can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 3 Days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in enough detail to demonstrate compliance. Information must be sent electronically to John Riederer, Contract Specialist, at John.P.Riederer@usace.army.mil.
