## Description

THE REQUIREMENT IS TO REMOVE CONTAMINATED SOIL FROM FOUNTAIN CITY ONE PLACEMENT SITE IN FOUNTAIN CITY, WI. SPECIFICALLY, THE SCOPE INCLUDES REMOVING SOIL, TRUCKING IT TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND THEN TESTING THE SITE FOR FURTHER CONTAMINATION. THE ANTICIPATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT WILL BE BETWEEN $500,000 AND $1,000,000. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE 237990, OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45M.THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Amended 01/08/2026 to update the wage determination and extend due date for bids and bid opening.
