The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 327320, Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation shall be a Total Small Business set-aside.
