Fuel deliveries will be between Thursday June 26th and Friday June 27th, 2025. The entire delivery will be only transferred during the hours of 0700 – 1700 on the aforementioned dates. Please round your Unit price to two places after the decimal point (e.g. $X.xx is acceptable, $Y.yyy is not acceptable). The fuel will be pumped onboard a floating barge capable of holding 70,000 gallons of fuel. The fuel hose connections are 3” cam-lock fitting. The USACE will have 3” adapter fitting if required. The fuel barge is owned and operated by the USACE and annually inspected by the United States Coast Guard. The USACE fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during transfer. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge.
