Below are the requirements for the new screw type air compressor. The new air compressor will be of an oil injected rotary screw design with variable speed drive. Unit will run efficiently in an environment that typically is above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Minimum Air Pressure of 150 PSI, Maximum Air Pressure of 175 PSI 460 volts, 3 Phase. 30-40 Horsepower. Belt driven screw drive. Integrated refrigerant dryer and filters. External secondary air dryer that will be connected on the tank outlet. Secondary air dryer can be shipped separately and will be installed by USACE. The screw drive air compressor will be mounted to a horizontal air tank. Air tank size shall be 120-130 gallons in size.
