The IDIQs will be for 5 years with 5 ordering periods lasting one year each. The place of performance for field work for all task orders will be within the boundaries of the St. Paul District. The St. Paul District AOR includes portions of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. A map showing the district AOR may be viewed at: https://www.mvp.usace.army.mil/Locations/District-Maps-Locations/ The laboratories used by the Contractor to perform sampling and testing under this IDIQ contract shall be validated by the USACE Materials Testing Center (USACEMTC) for each test performed.
