## Description

THE PROJECT INVOLVES MODIFYING THE EXISTING WEIR AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ROCK WEIR STRUCTURE AT LOCK & DAM 7 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS AND WILL RESULT IN A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS REQUIREMENT IS BETWEEN $5 MILLION AND $10 MILLION. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 237990 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45 MILLION.
