The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District (USACE) is planning a Design-Build Office Renovation Construction Project generally described as follows: Fountain City Service Base 1st Floor Office Renovation First floor renovation of the building located at 431 North Shore Drive, Fountain City, Wisconsin is necessary to provide additional office space for Government staff. The building was originally constructed for storage in 1935. The second floor of the building has been renovated with offices and cubicles. Approximately 3,350 square feet of the first floor will be renovated. This renovation requires, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, design capabilities and equipment necessary for construction of offices, cubicles, kitchenette, storage room, mechanical room, IT room, conference room space, two restrooms, window replacement (1st floor only), HVAC, insulation, fire detection, electrical, and IT wiring. See photos attached for general visual description. This project is targeted for construction completion by end of FY2025.
