## Description

STATEMENT OF WORK The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has the need for a contractor to supply and deliver two (2) 40-ft Triple Axle Dual Wheel Gooseneck Trailers to transport and store bulkhead segments for the Lac Qui Parle Project, 9055 1st St West, Watson, Minnesota, and one (1) 40-ft Triple Axle Dual Wheel Gooseneck Trailers to transport and store bulkhead segments for the Lake Traverse Project, 6338 Co Rd 10 Wheaton, Minnesota 56296. Delivery NLT October 15, 2024. 3. Trailer shall meet or exceed the following salient characteristics:

**Gooseneck Towing Coupler:** 40,000 lb Adjustable One hand locking design Integrated pad-locking design Receive 3” ball Load Style:

**Straight Deck Gross Vehicle Weight Rating:** 40,000 lbs Main Deck Length: 40 feet Axles: Triple (3) 12,000 lb Heavy Duty, with Oil Bath.

**Paint:** Gray or Black Corrosion Protection Industry Standard Paint.

**Approximate Deck Height:** 35 inches Deck Width: 102 inches OD.

**Brakes:** Electric over hydraulic Tires & Wheels: (12) ST215/75R17.5 Hitch Type: 3” Gooseneck, [G] 39” +/- 3” Ball Height, 88” Swing Clearance (30,000 GVWR max). 4 inch higher A-Frame Height (more clearance around box).

**Jack:** (2) - 25,000 lb (Drop Leg Type)

**Plug:** 7 Pole RV.

**Lights:** LED Lights, Sealed Wiring Harness.

**Tie Downs:** Rub Rail & Stake Pockets. Lockable Toolbox with Uprights. 3/8 inch Safety Chains, Grade 70. Safety Standards: All Industry Safety Devices shall be installed.
