THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN AMENDED The posted amendment (00002 - there is no 00001) extends the solicitation close to 11:00 AM (CDT) on Monday, July 1, 2024. The amendment answers questions received from interested parties and adds an addendum to provision 52.212-2 explaining the evaluation factors (and expected submittals from offerors) in greater depth. The amendment must be acknowledged for offers to be considered.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a State of Minnesota certified General Appraiser to perform a real estate appraisal and prepare a report to be used by the Government in connection with the proposed acquisition of specified real property rights. The property is approx. 331.33 acres known as Lower Grey Cloud Island at Cottage Grove, Minnesota, in Washington County.
