USACE will consider bids for a two-tank system in the interest of fitting a 5,000-gallon system into the existing STS aeration tank pit. The Contractor must provide the tank and all necessary parts, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to transport, install, furnish, assemble, and seal a precast septic holding tank system. Contractor will assemble and apply sealants per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The ground around the tank system pit can be saturated. Tank(s) must include an anti-buoyancy collar around the bottom of the tank per ASTM C1227. This supply contract does not include connection of the tank(s) to the existing sewer line.
