## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District has two Caterpillar Dozers which require repair. The repairs must be made by OEM certified technicians using genuine OEM parts. Repairs will take place at a field site in Alma, WI 56410. The Government intends to solicit and award a sole contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C.1901(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 to John Fabick Tractor Co (DBA Fabick CAT).
