## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, has a requirement for the Lac Qui Parle (LQP) Dam Emergency Spillway Construction Repair. See attached SPECS and PLANS for full details of this construction requirement. This solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures. It is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Government funding limitation for this construction contract is $6,000,000 and cannot be exceeded.
