## Description

The U.S, Army Corps of Engineers has a requirment for Mnnesota & Msslssppl River Mechanical Dredging Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment nessary for dredging with backhoe, dragline, or other mechanical equipment on marine plant, and transporting dredged material to designated placement site.. This solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.

The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract consisting of a base period and four option periods. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The appropriate NAICS code for this procurement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction (Dredging) with a small business size standard of $37 million. 2/22/2024 - Amended to remove the clauses and wording for Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
