It is anticipated this requirement will be solicited on a Full and Open basis at a later date. There is no solicitation currently. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal(s); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements are invited to submit a Statement of Capabilities (in accordance with section 9 of the PWS) in response to this Sources Sought Notice by 10:00 AM ET on 30 October 2024.
