## Description

This project includes site survey, design-bid-build (D-B-B) site adapt design and construction of a concrete masonry unit demonstration building, 150 mm aggregate surfaced access road, and associated site work and grading. The building in its entirety is 11,600 mm x 15,750 mm. Site work includes the following:

grading and preparing of surface as indicated by the drawings, grading and compacting the access road as indicated by the drawings. Specifications, drawings, Geotech survey, pictures, and map overlay will be included as attachments. A site visit is not required.
