## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) has a requirement for construction material testing services to support the District's construction quality assurance program in the Jordan Area of Responsibility (AOR).

TAM plans to enter into agreement with TAM-Validated testing laboratories under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from which numerous individual purchases, at or below the simplified acquisition threshold, will likely be made to provide construction testing services. Firms will be selected for this agreement based on their ability to meet TAM's requirements while offering the lowest prices for the delivery of construction testing services. Award will be made to no less than one and no more than three awardees.

Please see the attached Solicitation (W912ER24R0009) for the complete details of this requirement. Please complete and submit "Attachment A - Lab Inspection Request" as an application to potentially become a TAM-Validated laboratory. Please utilize "Attachment B - Price List" for submission of pricing. See "Attachment C - Evaluation Criteria" for details on how your submission will be evaluated. Submit all offers and inquiries via email to the points of contact listed in the announcement. Submission by any other means will not be accepted.

**Q&A Q:** Will offers be accepted/ evaluated if the offeror is using a subcontractor?

**A:** Yes
