## Description

**SOURCES SOUGHT:**

**Title:** Effective Leadership in a Virtual Environment Training Course. On behalf of the Director of Contracting, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), located in Winchester, Virginia, is issuing a sources sought announcement to conduct market research and to identify interested parties to provide the subject training course.

The intent is to seek interest from those with resources available to support the requirement for a virtual and/or on site/in person training course for supervisors to enhance effective leadership in a virtual environment. USACE is looking for interested parties that are able to instruct a group of 15 to 25 personnel, both virtually and in person at our location in Winchester, Virginia. Multiple sessions over the course of Fiscal Year 25 may be requested.

As our personnel begin to transition to a more virtual work environment, USACE is looking to train our Contracting Leaders to cultivate the potential of their virtual teams. Key guidance that USACE is hoping to acquire include, but are not limited too how to maintain connection, build on intrapersonal relationships, increase effectiveness and productivity, and to build rapport and trust over the distance that lies between a leader and their virtual employees.
