The Government intends to procure crushed limestone aggregate surfacing for maintenance of levee systems. The requirement must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212312 with a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. This action will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist, Alexandria Duckett at Alexandria.D.Duckett@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on November 13, 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
