## Description

The Memphis District USACE has a requirement to have a ladder from the Dredge Hurley moved. The ladder is 14 feet wide at the hinge end, 30 feet wide at the dustpan end, 108 feet long and weighs 150 tons. See the attached solicitation for full details.
