This procurement is to be performed for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District Operations Division. The Contractor shall maintenance and provide all parts and supplies for the Dredge Hurley Chiller. The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415 with a Small Business size standard in number of employees is 1,250. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist Alexandria Duckett at Alexandria.D.Duckett@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on July 22, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice.
