The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 million. Acquisition Strategy: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District (MVM) proposes to advertise this project as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest evaluated price. Magnitude of Work: Between $500K and $1 million Invitation for Bid: Will be issued on/about – 09 February 2024 Bid Opening Date: On/About – 11 March 2024 The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed Price.
