This procurement is for the maintenance and support of the bank grader unit. The proposed action will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333120 with a Small Business size standard in number of employees is 1,250. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist Tommye Sepulevda at tommye.b.sepulveda@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on September 24, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. If potential offerors choose to submit information, past performance and references regarding capability to perform these services must be provided along with the statement of capability.
