## Description

This notice provides the justification to award a sole-source contract modification for the Central Everglades Planning Project (CEPP) Contract 11A, Everglades Agriculture Area (EAA) A-2 Reservoir Foundation & Cutoff Wall Project. This action is pursued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," as it has been determined that only one vendor can meet the specific needs of the project. See attached Justification and Approval for further detail.
