The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all necessary personnel, a secure and professional remote work environment, and all requisite equipment, software, and supplies to perform the duties described herein. Key Responsibilities: Remote Verbatim Recording: From a remote location, capture a complete and precise real-time record of all spoken portions of official proceedings. Transcription: Produce and deliver accurate, verbatim transcripts of all recorded sessions in the specified format. Record and Exhibit Management: In coordination with the Office of Counsel, digitally mark and maintain a detailed log of all exhibits introduced during proceedings. All digital records must be securely labeled, managed, and maintained. Read-Back: Be prepared to instantly read back portions of testimony upon the request of presiding officials or counsel.
