USACE - Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm fixed price contract with Karl Senner LLC. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 336611 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,300 employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. However, any business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contract Specialist in the form of a capability statement.
