## Description

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912EK26QA055 is to:

1. Update the Scope of Work. Changes are highlighted in YELLOW.

2. Extend the quote due date to 18 September 2026 at 2:00 PM CST.

3. Formally amend the solicitation competition type from a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted). Small business distributors and suppliers remain fully eligible and encouraged to compete.
