LOCK & DAM 22 FISH PASSAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (LD22 FPIP)- UPPER MISSISIPPI RIVER MILE 301.2, SAVERTON, MO - RALLS COUNTY, MO AND PIKE COUNTY, IL - NAVIGATION ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION PROGRAM (NESP) - DRAFT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or make a contract award.

USACE is not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Special Notice. NO AWARD will be made from this Special Notice. This is NOT a request for proposal, quote, or invitation for bid. No proposals, quotes or invitation for bid will be accepted. The sole purpose of this notice is to provide potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database registered businesses the opportunity to review draft plans and specifications for the LD22 FPIP.

**PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** The proposed project is anticipated to includes, but is not limited to; demolition; construct a rock ramp fishway; concrete bridge; install ice and debris boom; sheet piling work, concrete work; earthwork; stone and boulder placement; access ramp work; building (with architectural materials) and deck erection; electrical work, design network and install computer and monitoring components; cybersecurity; surveying, and site restoration.
