## Description

This Justification and Approval provides for an increased capacity for SATOC W912EK-23-D-0011 with ECC CONSTRUCTORS LLC for the ACI, Regional Contract for Debris Management Services, Region 5 - SPD. This modification increases the contract capacity of a previously awarded contract for emergency debris removal in support of the California Wildfires 2025 Debris Removal Mission.
