Please do not respond to this notice unless you will be responding to the solicitation. A draft copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Eligibility Contractors must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47M. At this time, the Government has not determined whether a full and open competition will occur. Capability Statement and Requested Information Please provide a Capability Statement and include the following information: Name of firm with address, phone, and point of contact. SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE code. Business classification, e.g., Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8(a) Business Development Program participant, or Other Than Small Business (large business).
