The replacement system must be designed to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and meet performance standards for reliable operation. Justification attached for only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in writing to callie.rietfors@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 AM PST on January 12, 2026.
