USACE NWW powerhouses' existing governors were designed and installed by American Governor Company (AGC), which was acquired by Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions, Inc. in 2020. NWW is requesting services to make the following changes to AGC governors: update programming and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) displays, and provide commissioning, training, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in writing to callie.rietfors@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 AM PST on November 21, 2025.
